Minnesota-born artist BRBTez is making his return to the growing Minnesota hip-hop scene with renewed energy, a fresh sound, and a new vision for his music career. Following his release from prison, the emerging artist is ready to reclaim his place in the industry with his latest single, “First Day Out,” a release that reflects his comeback and determination to take his career to the next level.
The visual for “First Day Out” was shot by industry videographer Rockstar Colt, a creative known for capturing artists across various styles and sounds within the hip-hop industry. Colt has worked with names such as Fatty WAP, Belly Gang Kush, and numerous other artists, continuing to build his reputation for bringing music and visuals together through his work behind the camera.
BRBTez is no stranger to the music scene. He is widely associated with the music group BRBTWINZ, which includes BRBCJ and BRBTWINZ. Over the past seven years, the group has maintained an on-and-off presence in the industry, building a following through projects such as Big Favor, Slime Addiction, and other releases that have helped generate buzz around their name.
After returning home, BRBTez wasted little time getting back to work. He immediately booked studio time to sharpen his craft, refine his sound, and adapt to the evolving direction of today’s hip-hop landscape. With the industry continuing to embrace new sonic influences and urban sounds, BRBTez appears focused on finding his lane while delivering music that connects with today’s audience.
The emerging rapper recently released a trailer visual for “First Day Out,” generating anticipation for the single and bringing renewed attention to his return. With his latest release, BRBTez is positioning himself for a new chapter in his career, using his experiences and determination as motivation to push forward.
As Minnesota’s hip-hop scene continues to produce rising talent, BRBTez is an artist worth keeping an eye on. With new music, fresh visuals, and the motivation to rebuild his momentum, “First Day Out” could mark an important turning point in his journey toward a bigger presence in the music industry.
