Q. What inspired you to pursue a career in music, and who were some of your earliest influences?
Young Fate RLMG. I love music and it’s always somthing I wanted to pursue when I was younger. My influences were lil baby, Lil durk, montana 300, 2pac.
Q. How do you balance staying true to your artistic vision with meeting the demands of the music industry and your fans?
Young Fate RLMG. Shit I am me I gotta stay true to my self in order for my fans to stay true to me.
Q. What has been the most challenging aspect of your music career so far, and how have you overcome it?
Young Fate RLMG. Trying to stay Unique And different from others to stand out. I overcome it by keep grinding and keep doing what I do.
Q. Your music often tackles personal and political themes – how do you hope your music will impact your listeners?
Young Fate RLMG. I hope my listeners can enjoy what I do and take from what I learned and been thru.
Q. What is your favorite song or album that you’ve released, and why?
Young Fate RLMG. I started off with nothing when I started rapping then I invested in my self and started my own brand RichLife Money Gang and now signed to M.B.M Records. The future is bright got big things in the making with my homie Shyz Blacc from RichLife Money Gang. So stay tuned for that. My favorite song is the one I’m working on it called Ocean cause it’s about my wife.

Q. How do you approach live performances, and what do you hope to convey to your audience through your performances?

Young Fate RLMG. I stay motivated cause that is me. This is what I want and anyone can be a rapper but u gotta invest and stay true to yourself. And upcoming artists just stay true and let haters bring you down.
