Q: Can you tell us about your musical journey? How did you get started in the music industry?
A: Started at a young age growing up in the city music been around me my whole life, would get inspired to write.
Q: What inspired you to become a music artist? Are there any particular musicians or bands that influenced your style?
A: Kriss kross inspired me to rap in the 90s always been musically inclined. Being able to share my gift with others bring me much joy.
Q: How would you describe your music genre or style? Do you feel that your style has evolved over time?
A: Extraordinary and indeed just working on my craft day and night which translated into a polished original sound!
Q: Could you share with us your creative process? How do you go about writing and composing your songs?
Majority of the time the vibe dictates the outcome. I like to produce beats, listen to other productions, freestyle, Come up with concepts and just tie everything together.
Q: What do you consider to be your biggest musical accomplishment so far? Is there a particular project or performance that stands out to you?
A: Remain to be seen, remain humble and just working diligently to be the best artist I can be
Q: Are there any challenges or obstacles you have faced as a music artist? How did you overcome them?
A: 7/8 years ago I got an opportunity to showcase my gift to an industry exec. Ended up putting some fire together and the exec told me word for word “it was to good” at that time i didn’t really know how to internalize that so from that point on I’ve continuously been at the drawing board elevating my sound even more.
Q: What role do you think music plays in society? Do you believe it has the power to influence and bring about change?
A: 100 percent music has healing powers, helped me through alot of things generally
Q: How do you approach live performances? What do you enjoy most about performing in front of an audience?
A: Embracing the aftermath , when you work hard on your show approaching it with entertaining in mind and leave it all on the stage. People acknowledging the value keeps me encouraged and engaged it’s all about energy.
Q: Have you ever collaborated with other artists? If so, what was that experience like? Are there any artists you would love to collaborate with in the future?
A: Most notable feature I’ve done was working with Rj2 grammy award winner Rapheal he did the hook on “Party with me”, Also enjoyed working with new artist Skyy Malay on “I like it” Would love to work with busta rhymes, red man, and hulvey (gospel)
Q: What are your goals and aspirations as a music artist? Where do you see yourself in the next few years?
A: Goal is to continue working hard, gain the notoriety and the success that comes with it and transitioning into the next chapter with greater purpose.
